We will make every effort to provide you with reliable cleaners. However, if you are not satisfied with any of our cleaning services please let us know and we will send you another cleaner.
We send you the same cleaners each week so that they will know your specific requirements, likes and dislikes. However, sometimes due to an illness, vacations or other reasons, we might have to substitute another cleaner to clean your home.

You can pay by cash, cheque or transfer to our business account upon completion of the work, all customers will receive an invoice and confirmation letter after we received the payment.
No, currently we do not charge VAT.
We suggest booking as soon as possible but booking 2-3 days ahead is usually enough. As well we are working on weekends and try our best to be as flexible as possible and can often carry out work at very short notice.
Usually our cleaning team consists of 2-3 professional cleaners in London to carry out the end of tenancy or move in/out cleaning but this may change depending on the size of the property. Our office staff can give you an idea of how long you can expect it to take and when they speak to you on the phone discussing the condition of the property, they would then give you a better idea.
Our cleaning crew are fully equipped with the latest equipment and top cleaning materials and we only provide them for spring cleaning, end of tenancy and after building. For weekly cleaning, the clients need to provide their own products.
We require a minimum of 2 hours per visit. The customer must provide a list of cleaning tasks and all required equipment unless agrees other. All equipment must be safe for use and in good working order.
The client has the obligation to give us notice with 48 hours before if they want to cancel a visit. Our cleaners can work any day of the week including Bank Holidays. If your cleaning visit is scheduled on a Bank Holiday and you haven't called or emailed us 48 hours before to cancel the visit, the regular amount is due to be paid for that cleaning visit.
